Shailesh brings over 39 years of experience across the Hospitality and Maritime industries, including more than 7 years as an entrepreneur. He most recently served as Global Practice Head – Hospitality & Maritime at Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam / Mahindra Satyam), where he built the practice's global footprint, secured partnerships with 40+ clients spanning ports, shipping lines and hospitality brands worldwide, and delivered a 21% CAGR with 27% average year-on-year revenue growth.

He created the IP for Smart Port Logistics on SAP — a finalist for the SAP Innovation Award 2021 — and has led digital transformation programs spanning Smart Ports, Smart Hotels, 5G and sustainability (ESG) solutions for industry top players across the globe.
